Terms of Service
Welcome to Primal Blue Diving. By booking or participating in any of our experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings & Communication
All bookings are made directly through communication channels such as WhatsApp, iMessage, or email. When you contact us to inquire or confirm a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and to communicate in a respectful and timely manner.
2. Payments
Payments are made through the method agreed upon during our communication. We offer several options, including:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Cash
- Credit or debit card via payment link
To confirm your reservation, a payment equal to or greater than 50% of the total cost of the experience is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the experience, as agreed in our communication.
If you choose to pay by card, we will send you a secure payment link. Please note that bookings are only confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund Policy: We offer a 100% refund only if the cancellation is made within 7 days of booking and at least one month prior to the scheduled experience.
No Refunds for Weather Conditions: We do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to weather or sea conditions. Freediving is subject to nature, and these circumstances are beyond our control.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made outside the stated window are non-refundable.
4. Health & Responsibility
By participating in a freediving experience, you confirm that:
You are in good physical and mental health.
You do not have any medical conditions that may be affected by physical activity, pressure changes, or breath-holding.
You will inform us of any relevant medical history before the experience.
You acknowledge the inherent risks of freediving and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. Primal Blue Diving is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety protocols or from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed in advance.
5. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants have travel medical insurance, in case of emergencies during their trip.
6. Use of Photos & Videos
During your experience, we may take photos or videos for documentation and promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use these materials on our website, social media, or marketing content. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know before the experience.
7. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities for logistical reasons. We will always do our best to communicate any changes clearly and promptly.
8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who behaves in a way that is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive.
9. Acceptance of Terms
